I've read and heard that he had a '52.....

from numerous sources, including George Gruhn, but I've only seen pictures of Bloomfield with a blond Tele with rosewood fingerboard and white pickguard and his famed two Les Pauls (the P-90 equipped goldtop and the '59 sunburst).

I don't know about that one. He owned at least two
but likely more over the years. The one I see in photos
most, especially on the 1st Paul Butterfield LP jacket
back or in CD book is the off white/blonde with RW
fret board and white guard.

can't help with the Tele but

if you don't already have it, there's a relatively new Kooper/Bloomfield live CD from 12/68 at Fillmore East. Some very good guitar playing, including Johnny Winter, sound quality is pretty good, Bloomfield near his top form. I was actually at the show and still remember it well.
