I hope that guy really tears things up after the store closes. It'd be a shame if all those absurdly awesome guitars just hung around looking fancy, and wishing to be played.

And dave probably doesnt have time to play them all, so maybe he'd like some help....

I'm here...

I live about 20 blocks from Dave's store... anybody want me to pass a message on to Dave? I'm in there two or three times a week (just bought a footswitch there yesterday).

If you ever go upstairs in the "museum"... you probably wouldn't want to leave.
I remember when Dave had a little tiny shop with seven or eight guitars and three or four amps...

Cassidy - I saved my pennies and went big. Just received a new relic'd Nocaster from Dave's and it is AWESOME!!!!! Best tone and feel of any guitar I have ever played.

Wish I lived closer, I'd be there all the time. Tell Dave he's got a great group there. Laun took very good care of me.

That is a top notch crew. I've only been there 3 times, but it was always pretty awesome. Except when i came down formthe "museum" and some dude asked me if I saw any good ones. I asked him not to tease.

I live about 90 miles south of LaCrosse. It ALWAYS costs me money to take a trip up there. Good people - and fun to deal with. Sitting here thinking about it, I realize that I actually have lost track of the guitars I have bought from them - starting at the little store on the north end of town and following him as he has moved south. If it wasn't a copyrighted/trademarked phrase, I would be tempted to say, "Two thumbs up!"

If any of you are ever considering a guitar long distance from Dave's I'd be more than happy to go in and give it a once-over... I think I could pass on a good evaluation...
