Anyone played the FSR Players Telecaster?

Just curious about the 67 FSR Players Tele. Looks cool but does anyone have an oppinion of them?

I've got one and honestly, I'm thinking about getting rid of it. Not because it's not a great guitar but I am just more used to a 7.25 radius and vintage frets. I'm having a hard time getting used to the 9.5 and MJ frets.

As far as the guitar itself is concerned, to me, it's almost of CS quality. Very well finished and set-up. The SCN pickups add a different flavor than "regular" tele pickups. More punch, a lot like P-90s. Then there's the boost in the middle position that adds even more oomph to the sound.

Definitely not your daddy's tele but a very nice guitar, especially if you like flatter boards and bigger frets....

EDIT TO ADD: By the way, it's listed as a 62, not 67 tele; it has most of the features of a 62 Tele Custom, even says so on the headstock, so the guy listing it on ebay was wrong when he called it a 67.

I ordered the 57 player tele (white on ash) last week. It should turn up sometime today!! I know it's not the same exact model but I'll let you know what I think re-build quality and pups.
