Perth TDPRI get together!

Hi guys, after a few PM's I think its safe to say that we are having a get together for a few drinks at the Mustang Bar on a Sunday!
John, if you let us know what time your set starts, we can maybe all get there bout 1/2 hr beforehand?Dunno, im pretty easy when it comes to organising this...So I'll throw it open for somebody to suggest a date.

Anybody else that I havent contacted about this that'll be here is of course welcome to come!

cheers lads
Simon.

I can make it. Where should I pick up the First Class Plane Tickets? I'd better leave on Friday to make it by Sunday.

I'll bring Free T-Shirts for everyone... that is I'll order them as soon as I get the tickets.

See you soon!
G'day

Searched all over Perth for that bar, where is it ? Is it on the Dundee side or the Edinburgh side ?

I haven't been in our Perth since November but it was bright and sunny with clear blue skies that day too. Besides the temperature its not that different from your faux Perth.

Not this Sunday for me...

I'm gigging all day in Mandurah this Sun, but Feb 12th is good for me to drop by the Mustang. Anyone else?

Sidenote (and not meaning to hijack the meeting place ) but I'm playing at Clancy's Freo on Cantonment St tmr night -Sat 4th - with my blues/swing hammond trio. I mentioned it to simonc, so anyone else feel free to drop by too. We start at 9, go till midnight.

I'm bringing '67 ES-330 and my "strat-esquire" mongrel with a Fred Stuart Blackguard, and my trusty Tone King Comet 40B. Yeah baby...

See ya later...John.

Nice pickin John!

Like simon mentioned, on a couple tunes I forgot there *wasn't* a pedal steel onstage! Nice tasty work with the B-Bender. Awesome tone man, them Twang Kings (they can never go wrong, esp that neck PU) and a Twin with a 15"... yea baby.

The front of house did get bumped up towards the end, but it was always enjoyable... esp for the whole dancefloor. You guys got em shakin alright...

Will get my dad down there sometime too, he'd like you guys! That's the plan, the plan...

Cheers,
Trev
