Esquire...Need help Maby even from Fuzzy

I have been telling evrey one i get into this conversation with that you can, use a 4 way switch use the back 3 postitions of the switch for an esquire config. and the first for an alternitive pickup in my case a humbucker. I have allways been a stones fan and love the verstialty of a humbucker in a tele and want one but want to keep the esquire config.

What do you think?

You can easily make one of the choices in a 3 way or 4 way switch like the Esq back switch position where the pickup bypasses the tone control.
