Congratulations to all the winners! And yes, please post so we can know who you are. I never recognized any names either!

That was a good practice run

Now let's do the drawing again, where this time I win something!

Seriously though, good prizes and glad the money went to a place where I spend way too much of my time.

By the way, the reason you don't recognize the names is because people use different names for their username. I'm not actually a wise king, you know?

A big congratulations to all of the prize winners and a huge thanks to Paul for keeping the TDPRI running. We're really all winning here thanks to his work, the efforts of Chris S., and all of the folks like Ole Fuzzy, Bill H, Redd, Flying B-54 and so many others who make this such an incredible place. Happy Holidays!

Thanks!

Rob

Yeah, it will be fun to see who these guys are. I just put in the bowl and then pick 'em out. No telling what their handles are. Well, I could do a search of the database by their email addresses.

OK, I'll do that.

Hey folks--I just posted in the "drawing" forum, but just FYI:

Thomas Maycock == FatTeleTom

I know that won't help a lot, because I haven't posted much here. As I said in my "prize" post, I'm relatively new and un-informed when it comes to matters Telecaster, so I've mostly been on the receiving end of all the good info here. So, I'm feeling a bit unworthy. But excited!

So, thanks again to EVERYONE involved in this forum.

I'm sure I'll have more to say when I feel less light-headed!

Trust me, you'll start posting more often now. I won in last year's drawing, and haven't left my computer ever since (slight exaggeration, but not much).

I was kinda thinking the same thing. People will probably be tired of "that idiot that won the prize" after a while! (OK, hopefully not).

I'll have more to say later, but I got an "emergency" call from the boss, so I have to interrupt this exciting day off to do some work.

l know that before I won a prize here, I was much more of a lurker. Once I won, though, I felt much more a part of and started posting more often.
The raffle is a great group hug deal that makes this place a great place to hang out. Congrats to all the winners and Thanks Paul for always doing such a wonderful job with everything. (is it true you toss out the raffle stubs for previous grand pize winners?) Darn if I wasn't ready for a new Koa tele.....

Congrats!

Congrats all you lucky people, but I do think we're all real lucky just to have someone like Paul giving us a great place like this... but, yea, some of you are a bit more lucky! :P

i won the USA custom lite body and neck and im really happy too! my nutshell bio: im 51, retired from the road playin most my life and the last few years own a dog grooming shop in the dallas area. ive been mostly a blues player/strats&supers for a million years and recently picked up a telecaster. funny how somethin sittin right in front of you for 30 yrs and never bothered to take it serious.. but man im hooked on teles. when i was a kid i started on a 1960 les paul special, next i was given a car 63 roswood tele that a band had left backstage after a concert(big brother/holding company)that i traded off because of its trebbly feedback sound..sheeesh id give anything to have it back now.... then for a few yrs had an assortment of guitars but finally stayed with strats the rest of my life. im sure most of you know this... but with a tele its a simple plain thing..but its just totally a musical tool. i sit with my tele and just dazzle with 100 differant tones, bells whistles, screams and purrs.....all with those two simple knobs...im just in love with them now.
and this board has givin me so much information. im looking forward to meeting and getting to know you guys more. thanks for this. and merry christmas everyone!

I won the Fat B astard and have posted several times in the 2 years that I've been here. :D

I go by my real name, Don, on other guitar forums, but it was already used here.
