Steve Wariner is THE man. Everybody here knows that I love Brad Paisley, but Steve will always be #1.

As for the tele, from what I know: the red Glaser tele has: Bridge: Duncan Alnico 2/ Middle: Duncan Hot Strat Stack w/ single coil only wired in and Neck: Alnico 2 tele neck.

The Blue Fender tele that he said he just couldn't get used to, since he loved his red one so much had Texas Specials in there, until he changed the middle and neck out to Duncan Hot Strat Stacks (with black covers)....

There are some great shots of that blue tele on his cd Burnin' the Roadhouse Down.

Hope this helps!
Jason

Yes, it does. It also has a mini-toggle switch in between the tone and volume knob that turns the "front" pickup on (according to Joe Glaser), I'm not 100% sure which the front pickup is, but I'd guess the neck! :)

Your post had great timing, i'm in the middle of building a replica of steve's glaser tele!! I'll post pics when I'm done.

take care,
Jason

PS- where is Caldwell?
