Esquire coming my way...
I ordered a new MIM esquire from Music123.com and then not 24 hours later I see a practically brand new one on ebay for about $100 less. So I canceled my order with music123.com and bought this one.
What do you guys think? How do you guys like this model?

Mine...
looks the same ... was priced the same...was also used.
When it arrived it needed a setup and now it plays just fine. It sounds okay. It "rings" longer than a Tele - probably because it only has the one pickup. No nasty little magnetic field at the neck to dampen the strings. The switch forward position is sort of useless - rumor has it that is an easy fix - I just need to get around to it. It seems to be a perfectly adequate guitar. If it was the only guitar I had, I would get by. So much better than the stuff I learned to play on. You'll like it. :D |
