Gorgeous MIJ 70's RI..........

Wow! Check out this eBay auction - what a fabulous body & neck. Great photos too - I've been drooling over them for 20 minutes!

I feel a GAS attack coming on......

according to the lists have a P serial number places it at 1993/1994. The body wood really resembles the sen guitars I have... and what a sales pitch eh.

Not sure why, but I don't like the grain on that one. Is that ash or sen? It's looks kinda scaley to me.

Dating ......................

A "P" serial number on a "Crafted in Japan" Fender indicates a production date of 1998- 2002.

3.5 kg? EIGHT pounds?

Color me spoiled, too damn heavy. Back surgery dictates light guits.

Well seriously Steve if you get the money together and you're ever interested I might definitely be interested in a trade of sorts. We could swap guitars for a while.
