Need Help ID'ing a 93 MIJ

Hey everyone,

Thinking about making a trade on CL. Here's the guitar I'm looking at, I just havent been able to find ANY information on a "telecaster plus v2" that was made in Japan.

The headstock also looks a bit strange to me.

SN is N50282

Anyone have any thoughts? I think it looks beautiful, I just hear way to many things about bogus MIJs for me not to check with you fine folks.

I think the headstock, tuners, nut plug... are a giveaway. I would look for another one.
