Micro Tilt Neck Question

can a body made for a micro tilt neck be used with a "regular" neck?

Absolutely.

However I recommend getting another neck plate, a "4 hole", and put the "5 hole" neck plate aside.

You never know what circumstance will arise, where somebody will try and adjust the microtilt and they'll tear up the unprotected heel of the "regular" neck, possibly.
