Squier Telecaster Classic Vibe 50's Butterscotch Blonde Pickguards

Hello fellow Telecasterians!

I have a Squier Tele Classic Vibe 50's Butterscotch Blonde, and was thinking about changing the pickguard. Has anyone changed it on their guitar? I wanted to see how anything but black looks on it!

P.S. Even point me to pics from elsewhere! I can't find anything with Google Image Search!

Try a tort, that and black are about the only thing that looks good on those Squier BSB, seems their a lighter shade than most BSB Fenders I've seen, which doesn't go that well with a white guard, which looks good on some .

There are alot of pics in the owners club forum.

Any 5 hole guard that fits a 52ri will work.

Tooled leather - dark brown or black.

Well I was drooling over this one yesterday [URL="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Tooled-Leather-Pickguard-Fender-Telecaster-Tele-guitar-custom-handmade-/261021229045?pt=Guitar_Accessories&hash=item3cc613 dff5#ht_3952wt_1166"]Ebay Link[/URL. Do 8-hole pickguards fit the classic vibe?

White, or maybe tortoise or even tooled leather. But IMO BSB looks best with black.

Traditional Blackguard for me. But, I did go with an AllParts matte-black 1-ply guard. I wasn't too pleased with the beveled-edge thicker CV factory guard.

Black-White-Black three-ply beveled edge pick-guard against a Buter-Scotch Blonde body - yummy!
