Danny Gatton book "Unfinished Business"

Anyone know what's happening with this book? I ordered one from Amazon.com a few months ago, when it was suppose to ship in early April 03; still waiting and Amazon doesn't have a clue about when it's going to be available.

i ordered mine last week at borders and the card that came in the mail said the release date was july 6. hope it comes out soon.
