Yeehaa ! i got my Crook Custom Tele today !!

..finally, after ( too many ) weeks of waiting and patience, a friendly fedex guy knocked at my door this morning and handed me the long awaited package.
my all custom made Crook custom tele. and oh man, what a beauty - bill crook did a fantastic job. everything was done really as i wanted it to be, when i ordered it from him.
i tried already to post a pictureseveral times, but somehow i don´t get it though there are a lot of posts concerning this topic.

it is a tele with one piece swamp ash body, nitro laquered in translucent red, with a beautiful wood grain.
white binding on the top side and white perloid pickguard.
a wonderful birdseye maple neck with a very dark and fine rosewood fretboard 22 frets.
bridge pu = lindy fralin blues special
neck pu = adder lipstick
callahan vintage brass bridge with compensated saddles and schaller locking tuners to round this up.
everything is neatly done and the laquer finish is awesome.
it is featherweight ( a bit over 7 pds. and very well balanced )
and even when you play it dry, you feel the vibrations and the swing of the wood.
i´m really done, my fingers are aching, but i can´t put it away.

i will try to post a pic, if somebody could give me a hand with the procedure....

Sounds like a stellar tele....Bill Crook builds them nice and their is a magic in those Adder neck pups.

I know exactly where you are at. About a month ago the friendly UPS driver dropped off MY long-awaited Blue Paisley Crook. It has been hard to put down. He does excellent work.

And YES, those ADDER neck pups are really something.

To post your pics first you must upload them from your PC
to some image hosting site.I use this one.It's free and easy.http://photobucket.com/
you must first register and then upload your pics.
then you just use Copy on the Img tag of your pic in Photobucket and Paste it in your forum message.
