Check out my tele kit...

This started as a saga tele kit. All electronics were changed, put in alnico pups. Sealed tuners were installed also. The paint is a tangerine candy, with metalflake added to front of the guitar & headstock.

It's a great lil' guitar now, and has lotsa twang. 8)

That's great!

LOVE that metalflake paint!
Best SAGA kit I've ever seen, that's for sure.

Fantastic Job

Smokey, that sure looks sweet! Great job!

You could always play around with your router and "tweak" that headstock shape.... The headstock on my Stagg Tele-alike was ALMOST correct (it was one of the early Stagg Teles, before FMIC got at them) but for fun I did a little, erm, "woodwork"....

Changed my mind...

Nah - changed my mind. Smokey, even though the existing shape wouldn't lend itself to a reshaping anyway, on reflection I think that the headstock looks cool just as it is.

Cool guitar!

Looks cool! Did you cut the bellycut yourself, or do they come like that?
