Teles are my favourite guitars in the world...but (and i know you'll kill me!!) theyre not classy. To me they're meant for playing in smokey bars, getting covered in sweat, getting beat up and look great with a few chips and cracks here and there.

You want a classy guitar, buy a gretsch.
