Once again, I come with a question I haven't been able to answer on my own

About a week ago, one of my buddies said he say "a light colored tele, with a lightr colored binding" having never seen one myself at least not made by Fender I started looking around. He said it was pretty beat up looking but he wasn't sure if it was relic'd or just beat to ****. Only other possible identifier was what he said looked like a Fender Anniversary sticker. Again, having not seen it myself I couldn't say. Any thoughts? (besides "next time tell your buddy to ask the owner what it is")

The only one I can think of at the moment is the Albert Collins Signature Telecaster.

There are surf green USA 62ri's with binding and many Japanese Fenders with different colors light and binding.

I'm thinking maybe it's the Fender 50’s Mary T. Custom Telecaster in Vintage Blonde, I have one in Crimmson.. also comes in blue.. It's my #1.. Very limited run, understand just a few dealers in the North East had them..

These light blue ones are always hard to spot the binding, at least on a computer monitor.
