I need opinons on pickguard color
My wife suggested a grey pickguard for my new empress. Not sure if I like it. What do you good folks think? Grey or white?

I'd go with a black pickguard myself. I wonder how that grey one would look on a white tele

White, but just barely. It's worth it to go black on a BSB finish like that.

+1 on black, or white if it's between white and grey, something about the grey just doesn't look quite right to me

On blonde? I'd go with either black or tortoiseshell--I don't care for the gray.

If you want a solid colour i'd stay white, but I could live with black too... not convinced on grey, it doesn't have much of a 'wow' factor.
