SD1/4 pounder----in an Esquire?
Well, I got this bridge 1/4 pounder from a friend---so naturally I am wondering if I should build a guitar around it!!! :D :D Hows that for GAS thinkin' Seriously---would this sound good-----thanx in advance---you guys rawk!-----cheers!----JIMO

Tone is so subjective.....you really won't know if you'll like it or not until you try it. The 1/4 lb'r has higher output, more oomph and poop than a standard vintage wind bridge pup. More P-90ish in nature, only darker. It's not going to give you much twang or spank. I like 1/4 lb'rs myself, but many don't. You will have to give it try and see if it meets your tone needs.
