Callahamguitars.com has some cool pickguards. From their site:
Callaham Black Fiberboard Bakelite Lacquered 1-ply T Model Pickguard. Made on the original 5-hole pattern out of black fiberboard. It is thinly coated with nitrocellulose lacquer just like an original including the 5 inch diameter circle on the back side. Great for restorations and construction. Also available Esquire pickguard** Callaham Parchment White 1-ply T Model Pickguard. Made on the original 5-hole pattern. Getting a good looking single ply guard was very difficult. All that was available was a very bright refrigerator white. We have had produced a parchment white material to solve this problem. It is best described as an off white with a yellow hue. It looks naturally old and gives any guitar a vintage look. It is acrylic and will not warp like pvc. Also available Esquire Pickguard
