I dunno...they're pretty, if you like that figured-top look. Me, not so much.

Wow , that's a knock -out !! The guits aren't bad either . What is Fender selling here ? If she was in the deal I'd look into it , but nobody at my local GC comes even close . Back to the subject , I tend to agree with El Reclusa . Z54

After watching that commercial, I don't think I would want one of those. I'm in the wrong demographic (not "select" enough.)

I really like the look of the guitars. The flametop tele reminds me of the 40th teles, but they're a little too pricy for a production model and the commercial for them was just plain dumb. Plus, they have the modern C neck, which I'm not fond of.

Fender's tryin' too hard on this one if you ask me. I wish they'd offer more color options on their mim and american series models.

I own one and it's hands down the best I have including custom shop Gibson and Fender guitars. Played perfect out of the box, no rattles, close action , great tone and very light.

I didn't care for the commercial either. I did like the look of the strat. I noticed the edges are rounded more like a tele than the other strats.

I thought the guy looked a bit like Phil X, that would probably have made for an altogether better advert if they just had used him!

if i could justify owning one it would be with me now, apart from the fact that to me,very few guitars are worth that kind of money.

Waste of time commercial. Nice looking guitar but out of my price range.
