Daaannng!

That whole Mark O'Connor and the New Nashville Cats album is unbelieveable. Still have it somewhere on cassette. Some of the best in the business layin it down. Those guys just seem to always have another gear they can grab.

I come from Greece, and our traditional music is full of stringed instruments.
I like these kinds of music. We are not very familiar with country music thought, nor are the rest of the Europeans.
I like the melodies of country music, I think major scales and chords are very important for this music.
I also like that is a kind of music that makes your feet move, and makes you wanna dance!
I had never realized how much of Telecaster fans are the musicians of country music.
It seems to me like country music+Tele is a very common thing in the States.
I would like to listen to some comments about that...

Yeah, there was some pretty hot pickin' goin' on right there. Quite a line-up. Good to see Albert mixing it up (his sig model must have just recently came out) and Carl Perkins with his G&L Broadcaster! Boy, Alison Krauss sure has changed (wouldn't have recognized her). Thanks for posting.
Swang on,

Not just in the US,even back in the 1970s here in N.Ireland you could take a damn good guess at what music a guy played just by his guitar. Gibsons and Strats were for rock and blues and Teles were country. There were those such as Rory who crossed the divide, but the rule of thumb was a pretty safe bet.

I think perhaps Telecasters are more used by a wide cross section of musicians now than they ever were in years past.

I was actually thinking of the American Music Shop TV shows. I thought that first video was from it, but it's not. Still, most of the same core band with different guest each week.

Lots of talent on one stage!!!! I'm surprised it didn't cause a polar shift or something!

That may be what caused all this global warming.
