Nice stuff, like always, but now there's even a place to post songs! Check out the new "Twanger Central" forum!
Cheers, Tim

Licks...
Oh my...
Are we getting testy about titles and definitions now? Sweet pickin' - as usual Mur. I'm still carring your ride on "Tulsa" around (tough without a bender!). Run a lot of those licks on three or four tunes we do. See ya over at C.W. - seems folks there understand the genre a bit better.

No one getting testy! Just mentioning that there's a forum for posting songs now.
I've heard Chris S. play, and I reckon he understands that genre about as well as anyone! :D Cheers, Tim

OK Tim...
You're showing your age now.
I also spent my formative years at the Cellar Door, Middleburg Community Center, that cheesey make out bar down on "K", the Shamrock Inn - and in the studio at the Big K in Warrenton. I don't know Chris, but I can assure you that I also know he understands the genre. Jeez. Try to take it all a bit more lightly. Cheers.

Miss the Blue Ridge Badly...
Yep...
I was one of the "long hairs" selling tickets at the far gate of the Watermellon Park Bluegrass Festival back when the Dillards got boo'ed off of the stage for the electric banjo. Hmmm... We've all probably bumped into each other. My buddy and I were the really loud ones back when the 'Scene played the Door for the first time; I still get tears in my eyes when I think of big John D. cutting up on that little stage. I get lost anymore any time I fly into Dulles...remember when it was all cow patties.
