Johnny Hiland and Albert Lee Meet in Edmonton yesterday :)

Howdy all...just thought I'd let everyone know that Johnny finally met Albert Lee yesterday in Edmonton. They did an early morning TV show, then went off and did a Master Class together at a local college. When I asked Johnny what it was like to meet his idol..his reply was, "He is all I ever thought he'd be and 100 times more. He's a very warm and humble person. I can't wait to hit the stage with him Sunday night!" Guess they were a good long time signing shirts, pictures and yep even guitars after the Master Class! HAHA!! Happy pickin all! :D

Would love to have a copy of that TV show. Anybody in Edmonton see it?

http://edmonton.a-channel.com/ Both he and Albert Lee were on the show called The Big Breakfast on this A Channel. Maybe they can run you a copy :) I have seen it, it's awesome...although Johnny wasnt playing his own guitar..somehow their baggage got stuck in Minneapolis! Gotta love those airlines!!! HAHA! Johnny didnt get his gear delivered to him til about 3:30 PM that afternoon. But at least he'll be set for the big show at Red's tonight!
