I think WD called this evergreen actually, a little less blue than some I guess.

Mine is way green that Tele way Blue. Stating the obvious I guess...

Computer monitor interpretations aside, that Tele look a lot more Surf Pearl than Surf Green I guess. At least it is surf, my Evergreen one is way green...

And another Fender Strat that is Surf a lot closer to my green one, all over the place...

In real life it looks just like the Esquire below. I used the Reranch Surf green....

Haha, thanks guys. That Esquire sure is pretty... and that partscaster bass, very cool and unique. I likes it a lot.

I'm actually building a PJ this go around. I got it in surf. Just finished my first Tele earlier this year... It's a nice sonic blue.

Surf Green is pretty rad, I love it, but I think my favorite Fender color is Sonic Blue.

Thanks guys, I've since added perloid tuner knobs and replaced the pickguard with a pearloid pickguard that looks exactly likt the one pictured. I also redone the neck, aged it a little with some amber and took the fake Fender decal I made off and put my own design name on it :) I'll post an update pic

Here's my ReRanch Surf Green La Cabronita that I'm just about finished with. Just waiting on a couple of the electronics parts. Sounds great as an acoustic! Really having a good time putting this build together. http://i1131.photobucket.com/albums/...K/P1010371.jpg

Although both presuppositions and prejudice may suggest otherwise (especially in the warmer incandescent lighting I took the below picture in), the top and headstock of our Televersary was actually painted in Surf Green by the guys who finished it. There's not an ounce of yellow in it that is close to the Gretschy "smoke green" shade...Though we can pretend.

The whole Surf versus Seafoam is as confusing to me as the Sonic versus Daphne Blue. That said, here's my 'green' Tele (a tribute to a GE Smith; as soon as my Gotoh's arrive, it will get the GES neck it deserves)! I know it looks more blue in the pic, but trust me ... it's green.
