what's the consensus with a nocaster on one end and a hot rod deluxe or deluxe reverb re-issue on the other i can only get one...

Depends on what you want to use it for. What kind of music are you playing? How loud do you need it? etc.

Both decent, gigable amps.

thanks...rock blues volume is medium ...i know the limits of both amps i'm just wondering what compliments the nocaster better

For my money, I'd save a little extra and get a clean 70's Deluxe Reverb. Can't imagine a better match.

I agree, since I have one, and my teles sound phenomenal through them. And they're loud enough for many gig situations.
