Gibson-style "teardrop" burst on a Tele?
Anybody ever notice that the Seymour Duncan/Fender Custom Shop '54 Esquires have a Gibson-style teardrop burst pattern? I think it looks quite sharp. Any historical accuracy to this burst pattern? I've never seen it on a Fender before.
