pics of my Squier FSR Tele from Musician's Friend!

Just got it Friday, in time for a Saturday night gig. Plays good, sounds good, looks great! The sparkle is crazy, and has a fairly thick clearcoat. Looks much better than the one pic on the musician's friend website.
The bridge humbucker has a surprising amount of spank. I'm amazed they can sell a guitar this nice for only $249.

yeah, I know...it's kinda pink. lol - I prefer the term "magenta"!

...is that a pet rock next to a lava lamp?

That's not a guitar, it's a time machine.

The sticker that came off the pickguard says "Solid Tonewood Body (Alder/Agathis)". It sounds very good unplugged, which is always a good test.

Hey Wally

I had a Red Panasonic tape recorder just like your yellow one
I also had the Dynomite 8-track player as well

Now, lets see the shirt and boots to match the new Tele

I think that Tele needs a Bigsby, if for nothing else but more chrome.

Those are killer in person. Saw one at the Guitar Center in Denver last week. Ended up buying the Butterscotch Blonde Affinity though.

I love the big sparkle! A refinish like that would cost you more than the entire guitar new.

PS: If you like 60's stuff, here's a cool site you might enjoy: Go Kat Go

That is one sweet Pink........ Whoops, I mean Magenta (yeah, cause that sounds more manly) fiddle-a-tar.

What the heck is Agathis anyway.

And what other colors can we get these in, Electric blue and it would be real easy to push the button.
