I need to understand....

....the specs for the Am.Standard....Master Delta Tone.."Delta Tone" system includes high output bridge pickup and special No-Load tone control....What does this mean and can anyone here attest to hearing a difference.(regular vs NoLoad)...no battery ..right?

No Battery

The no-load means at 10, the tone knob is completely out of the circuit...you will feel a notch between 9 and 10. This puts back all of the highs that are choked by a regular tone knob at 10.

Use Google

Search "Delta Tone Tele"

Results show TDPRI prior discussions.

Hope it helps....

As explained above....as far as the difference, perhaps at Stage Volumes...for at home playing...not so much. Keep in mind that a lot of folks think a Tele is to Bright to begin with.
