Leo and Les on the same slab of wood? At least they put the Tele on top where it belongs. What do you think?

wow, that's a really ugly guitar. Different color fretboards makes it very strange I think. If the tele part had a black headstock and rosewood board it would be much better.

I used to own a Gretsch double neck that weighed about 20 lbs. (no joke, it hurt). I intend to eventually build one for slide to have different tunings available quickly or to have one of the necks act as a sympathetic drone, but it'll get lightweight tuners and a chambered body if it ever happens. Interesting concept, but my back hurts just looking at double necks.

I had a double neck Danelectro in the 70's. The body was made with 2x4's cut to shape for the sides, masonite top and back. Still weighed a ton, and very uncomfortable to play.

I've never been a fan of double necks in any configuration. And after getting over my love affair with everything Gibson for the pure comfort of a Tele or Strat neck, that guitar just doesn't do anything for me. Not to say it's a bad guitar, just not for me.

I'm not a double-neck guy myself, but I can certainly see the utility in that creature. Got to appreciate the smooth fusion of the two very distinct body styles too, obviously very well thought out. I betcha Jimmy Page would have gone ape over it back in the day.

You do realize that if you leave that guitar alone that Tele will beat the living crap out of the LP?
