Hello, i have a original 1977 thinline II with wide range pickups. Obviously the setup is one volume and one tone control with a three way switch. I would like to wire the guitar so that the tone control only effects the bridge pickup and not the neck pickup. The neck pickup would be wired to the volume only. Would this be like having the tone turned all the way up if its wired directly to the volume? Since i turn the tone all the way up when using the neck pickup i thought it would make better for live performance. in theory i could switch between the two without adjusting the tone control. I still need the tone control for the bridge pickup.

Does anyone know how to do this, i am sure it isn't hard but i haven't tried this modification before. Any help would be great, thanks.
