Just ordred: Johnson 2009 tele with binding

Hi

I really can't afford it but i had to buy this johnson tele cause i always wanted one with binding.

It's a 2009 model, adler body, vintage bridge, string true with flamed maple neck. It has wilkinson pickups and is suposed to be an upgrade from previous models.

Johnson tele's has nice review om harmony-central but doesnt create much talk at tdpri

I expect the quality to be the same as a standard squier

A poor man's deluxe? I don't know of any squeirs with binding and a cij classic 62 cost 600-700 euro's

I payed 179 euro's including shipping to sweden from germany. A butterscotch affinty squier or a sx thinline will cost me the same

I had a Johnson Tele. It was good. It came with EMG pickups. Its all modded up now. Its my go to guitar. Great body.

I think perhaps you pictures did not show up because you added the [IMG] [/IMG] after the TDPRI software had already abbreviated the image addresses.

Searched the Johnson website, but see no tele's there?

Nice! I love double-bound teles. I've never had a Johnson guitar, but I had an AXL which is the same company, and that really was a nice guitar especially for the money.

And I did also search johnsons homepage but could'n find any tele's...dont know why...they build them

That's a great looking tele. I used a Johnson neck on my partscaster tele. Love it. That headstock looks like there'd be enough wood to reshape it into the tele shape if you're into that sort of thing.
