It sure never does get old. I always thought it was cool the way Doyle and Derek look at each other like they have played so much, but they still clearly know that they are being part of something special there.

I can't get enough of the sound that that semi-hollow tele produces. That must be a custom shop creation.

I thought that Fender made these in Mexico a few years ago. I remember seeing one in a local shop a while back and I'm pretty certain that it wasn't a Custom Shop instrument.

They are very cool instruments though - regardless of where they're made.

No, it a 90s Fender Japan Semi Acoustic, which was originally designed to use nylon strings.
