Lefty Tele headstock decal query

Fender USA offers three production Tele models. Both the Mexican and American Standards have "Telecaster" on the headstock decal. But Fender can't be bothered to put "Telecaster" on the headstock of the most expensive lefty model, the AVRI '52. What gives?

Fender Japan has five lefty Tele models. The '62 Custom RI says "Telecaster" on the headstock, but the '52, '71, '72 Custom, and '72 Thinline do not.

I have a two-part question:

Part the First: Does anyone else find this phenomenon a bit curious if not down-right vexing?

Part the Second: Has anyone added "Telecaster" to his/her headstock, and if so, do you have a good source for decals you'd like to share?

From what I can see it's simply the logistics of the reverse headstock space. The standard vintage '52 decal won't fit (with "Fender" and "Telecaster" on one decal), and even though other (non-RI) lefty Teles have a separate block print "Telecaster" decal above the Fender decal, the '52 RI string tree is in the way. IMHO they probably did the best they could by putting the vintage "Fender" spaghetti logo in the correct spot, and probably figured it best to not add more decals to an AVRI. Most folks will know it's a Telecaster anyway ;o)

BTW, I can't believe they go for $1,800 street now. My 2001 model (righty) is looking even better!
