Copper shielding guards for your tele
I bought one of those copper shielding guards and installed it yesterday on my 69 Tele. If you not familiar with this product it is basically a copper tele pickguard that goes under your pickguard,,you then put some adhesive on it and connect it to ground....I did all this and it really didnt do anything...I'm going to call the guy and find out if I need to do something else...it's a gizmo

Fit and forget ...
I've got one.
I fitted it to my '67. I forgot why I bought it. I forgot I even fitted it, till I saw your post. I've forgotten what it's for, and I've forgotten now whether it has made any diffence! I'll probably leave it on, unless I forget again; in which case I'll take it off. |
