Don't wanna burst anyones bubble...

I'd love to see that show just for James alone. But Billy Riley told me that Jerry Lee is not in the best of health. I hope I'm wrong, but don't go if yer expecting "Classic Killer". Do go if you want to see THE man. Also consider the source, Billy might still be holding a grudge

Jerry Lee had better be careful!

I hope the Brits don't find out about the whole cousin thing......that could be bad for his career!!

The Original Bad-Boy of Rock n Roll!

I sure do hope ole Killer is in good health. It would be a shame to see him go out there and just be a shell of his former self. I mean, I know he aint gonna be trashin no piano's like he did in his hey-day's, but I hope he can go out there and lay down some good performances, and take a well desereved bow!

So good luck to ya Jerry! Blow the roof off the joint!

Dave Edmunds story

(I hope to do this justice, this was posted on Edmund's old website) DE gets the gig as the Killer's musical director, puts together a band and learns the tunes before JLL even gets to London(?Paris?) for this particular televised show.
DE and band are ready, standing in the glow of the lights as the hour of gig arrives. Pretty much without annoucement the Killer walks in the studio, sees the piano and starts banging out snatches of tunes. kinda muttering to himself.
DE and band are just as confused as the audience, as JLL counts one off and they ride out a tune almost to completion.
At the end of the tune, the sound of applause scares the bejubus outa Jerry, who can't see anything due to lighting.
Killer drawled something like: "There's PEOPLE out tha? I thought this a wasa soundcheck!"
Funnier when Dave 'told' it, hope I'm remembering it correctly.
