what mike?
I know an SM57 is kind of a standard, for miking amps .what are some other good opptions?
I `m miking my princeton, live in a room of 500 . The mike I`m using now is an AKG vocal mike . what is going to work best, capture the the full tone ? thanks Racehorse |

AT Pro22a
works really well - dual purpose vocal / instrument mic. I position it just off-centre to the speaker cone, and very nearly touching the grill cloth. Lovely, realistic tone over 600W PA from 15W Fender amp on about 3 on clean vol. (Sounds just as good on overdrive.)
