I'm kinda cheating. My photos are easier than Eddie's to capture - mainly because Frankie loves to play guitar. Those feet are surprisingly strong - no need for a light action. Barre chords are probably not gonna happen though ... hey he's still learning - pretty good for a three year old.

About to start:

The chorus:

A bend (note the bracing style to get a little more bend into the string):

"Walk the bird":

Imagine my surprise when a wild turkey landed on my Telecaster...

She just sat there while I took the photo.

Yes, the bird is (or was spoken of anyway as) a tufted titmouse or one with a similar name. But the tufted titmice I see regularly in my backyard in Maryland look like this one below. The first time I saw one I thought it was a young bluejay.

Is there a different species you rightpondians would call a tit?

The wikipedia article says...

The song is usually described as a whistled peter-peter-peter.
And now that I think about it, that is exactly what its song sounds like.

Different birds have the same name on different continents, the robin being the most well known instance. But birds of the same family can have totally different names in differing places as well.

I immediately thought of this guy:

There's the carolina as well, so what cousins might this canadian bird have in other countries?
