New Telecaster eating siblings

Well, The new/used MIM Telecaster that I bought on ebay several weeks ago has had a detrimental effect on the other two guitars that I own, (or did own) one of which is, as we speak, on it's way to it's new owner in New York state after falling from grace shortly after the arrival of the little, cream-colored Tele.

The problem seems to be that it is so easy to play nice things on, that after a week or so of fingerpicking the Fender, both my other guitars seem to have become quite difficult to play cleanly. The Samick acoustic/electric that is now on the road, was nice and all that, but became "clubby" and "high effort" to play. My archtop jazzbox is still nice to play my brand of hick music on, and is beautiful to just look at, but suddenly, the strings are too closely spaced for my pickin' hand and I'm finding myself getting all tangled-up, once almost putting the cat's eye out with an errant, flying, alaska fingerpick. The Telecaster is pushing everybody else out of the nest. I'm afraid that eventually, all I'll own and play will be Telecasters. I'm not sure this is an entirely good thing, but then again..............!

TRUST ME ITS A GOOD THING.
I have only been playing a little under a year, for the first 5 months I had (and and still have) Squire Waynes world strat that was given to me I spent over $150.00 fixing it up new tuners, pups had the dam thing rewired, well it turned it into a really sweet guitar. Then came the tele I have played the strat once when I broke a string on the tele right before my guitar lesson. well the strat sits and sits. its a good thing
