It was great! I worked a job where there was no booze or trouble. Just music and dancing. We started about 7 and went to 1230 or so. About 5 1/2 hours. The singers were all really into it, and we had a couple from the crowd who were pretty good too. They gave away some door prizes and had a big feed at the end. One of my better new years gigs. Was dead tired when I left, but satisfied........Al

My friend Pat wanted a dwarf to be baby new years and when he couldn't find one, hired Beetlejuice to make an appearance at his house party in Marlborough. (Not cheap, either....) Beet was supposed to get there at 10:30.... they had difficulty finding him, and he didn't show until 1:30! He was kind of a pain in the butt but finally warmed up to the whole thing and walked around and talked to people.... left around 5.

This is Pat with Beet:
