Warmoth CBS neck question - any takers?

Decided to go with a Warmoth neck for a tele deluxe project, but does anyone know if you can fit a bullet truss rod nut on the headstock end on one of these?
The neck is a tele deluxe/strat neck, 22 fret maple, round heel, big CBS headstock, 3-bolt microtilt.
If i'm gonna keep it kinda authentic im just seeing if fitting the bullet truss rod nut is a possibility. Im 99% sure the truss rod finishes inside on the Warmoth necks, and you poke the Allen key down there. No biggie either way, just thought i'd throw it out there if anyone knows...

My understanding is that the Fender Bullet Truss Rod Nut, that they sell, is a different thread than the Warmoth nut. So, you might need to rethread it. I had wanted to do this on a project and a fellow builder talked me out of it, as being a tough fit. AllParts just added a 10" radius Bullet CBS neck with what they call "tall" frets. I've not seen one in person, but that's about the only neck option I know of that will fit the bill without a lot of tweaking.

I also think that the hole isn't the right size for the bullet. I could be wrong, though, as I don't have a bullet nor an appropriate Warmoth neck to compare.

Mind you... Warmoth doesn't sell the 3-bolt Microtilt hardware. They just route the necks for you if you already have it.

I did look pretty closely at this. I think, if you remove the walnut trim around the truss adjustment bore, the Bullet diameter will fit. And Fender Bullet necks don't have this, either. The only other variable, is the depth of the threaded rod you're installing the Bullet on to.

cool cool,
apparently W use a 10/32 thread, which is the same on the bullets.
I guess rid of that walnut surround could be a go, but what do you reckon is involved in doing that? Sounds like a bit of a mission...
