What about cleaners and care kits?
Hi
I'm looking to buy a Care kit but am not sure about how good they are. I thinking of buying one of these: -Dunlop System 65 Guitar Maintenance Kit -Fender Instrument Care Kit by Meguiar's I've heard that kind of kit damages the fretboard, but I'm not sure about it What do you guys think? Is a good investment or not? Thanks |

![]() Others like lemon oil straight up. I've heard a few people who like different guitar polishes, but the way I look at it, my instrument really is a piece of fine woodwork and I should treat it pretty much like I treat other woodwork items. I've used Pledge for more than twenty year son instruments, antiques, etc. Works great on a rosewood fretboard.
