The Fender Custom shop uses a lot of 9.5" radius necks. I have one on my Esquire. It is sweet! Vintage frets and a 9.5" radius gives you the old time feel without fretting out on bent notes.

musikraft does the 7.25 radius.
http://www.musikraft.com/ I have one and I love it. I always thought I was a flatter fingerboard guy until i got used to this one.

i recently got my first 7.25 radius guitar (70s RI strat) not too long ago. it's got vintage frets as well. i was initially concern about both of these factors, but i'm liking the feel of the radius quite a bit. i'd still prefer medium jumbos, but oh well.
in case you're looking for one, the 50's & 60's MIM RI tele's both have that combo as well
