Need help 'bout my guitar...

Hi guys!
My friend just gave me a guitar that looks a lot like Telecaster Thinline, but with few differences... It has semi-hollow-body (like thinline), but it has Floyd at the end of the body. The pick guard is different, and it also has that metal plate under the volume, tone & switch knobs, you'll see... There are 2 (low quality) pictures, so if you can, please tell me what model is this. The guy who had the guitar before me put distortion in it, between the magnets, and drilled the body (idiot), so I'll need to work on it. First I must know what it is... :D

I would guess that it is a Japanese-made Teisco.

it's not Teisco... they have different f-shaped hole on the body... :(
all it needs is a little love... :)
