New(ish) Parts-o-Tele

Hey Guys! Recent Tele convert here. Inspired by the likes of Vai and Satriani I have been a Super Strat styled guitar player for years, and a few months back I started work on what was supposed to be a one-humbucker Charvel clone. My Grandmother, a former music teacher, surprised me with a Warmoth Pro stainless steel neck for my project (how cool is that) but unfortunately since I had never really done any proper guitar maintenance before, putting a guitar together was for beyond my skills and the project was abandoned. Now fast forward to a few weeks ago, I still had the neck which I really wanted to use given its sentimental value but I was unsure what to do with it. Since I had been listening to a lot of Richie Kotzen and John 5 (and a little bit of country ) as of late the idea popped into my head of putting together a Tele. I picked up an olympic white body off Ebay and took my time putting this together. I made a few mistakes along the way but I learned a lot and most importantly I had fun. This guitar just flat out rocks! It feels incredible and sounds amazing! I had my doubts about having a contemporary Strat headstock on a Tele but I think it looks great. It will be getting its finishing touch today in the form of a headstock logo of my own design and then I start work on my second Tele which is going to be a more traditional affair. Anyways, I just wanted to share that and heres a pic of the finished guitar:

That's a great looking rig. For some odd reason I like the looks of a Strat headstock on a Tele better than on a Strat. Maybe it's just the better looking body shape of the Tele.
