what kind of bridge is this??

I saw the straitjackets last night and was doing a web search and a found this really old picture of Eddie Angel playing a Telecaster with what looks like a stratocaster tremelo arm hanging off. I can't tell because of his hand placement. maybe someone here has seen something similar and can help me out.

Yew gonna haff ta axe one of our members here who now owns it.

It sounded good when it leff here with it's Strat staggerd neck P/U.
