some cat in port richey has a ton of guitars on CL; most recently a 52 ri with a seymour duncan bridge p/u for about 5 bills.,iirc.

looks like the standard goofy stuff.... I look at the ads as the 'preamble' to a potential deal. Just the initial 'shot across the bow'... it is the ensuing email and phone call that get you to where you go take a look.

I say 'moderate your expectations' about what people write in their ad... that one has pics and a reasonable description... nothing is misleading about it to me... if there is something that I find slightly annoying it is seeing the same overpriced gear week after week without any variance in price.... ugh.

I've spent a lot of money on CL in the past couple of years.

Internet classifieds...nice alternative to Ebay

Thanks to Kijiji, I have $175.00 cash in my pocket...sold a Tele clone that I got off of Ebay for a slight profit, and got my money back on the Guitar Fetish pre-wired pickguard that I decided not to install on my Affinity Strat...

Now, off to find more stuff for my partscaster!
