Yes. I visited their HQ in Fort Myers and met the owners. Nice people. Also had a few bits and pieces from them and a whole guitar kit which got me into the whole assembly, parts guitars thing. But that was several years ago. I've since bought from the UK subsidiary without problems.

I usually get my hardware from them. They have good quality stuff. I like their pots, too; they are nice and smooth. I've also used several of their necks and bodies. While they are also good quality, they don't offer as many options as other places like Warmoth or USACG. They have what they have.

I prefer to get bodies and necks from other suppliers, simply because I like a fat neck with a 7-1/4 radius, and WD does not make one. They don't do see-through finishes, either.

Also try Axesrus for spares and other stuff, including bodies and necks. They do FREE UK shipping and their service is superb.

There's no where better on the net.

Don't discount the USA parts suppliers. With the Pound strong, you can make huge savings on many parts if you buy from the USA.

I've used all of the above without problems and would buy again from all of them. For smaller, boxed parts and suppliers that use United States Postal Service (USPS) these will generally (but not always) get processed through Customs quickly and with no charge, but companies like Warmoth who only use UPS will attract Customs Duties, Taxes and a Handling Charge so factor in another 25 - 30% on the total price (including shipping).

This Parts Caster is a WD body. One 'complaint' not that it is a deal breaker. It has a dent in the weirdest place. I do not remember knocking it on the top edge of the upper horn, but that is where it is.

It simply looks like I banged it and the wood was very soft there. No break in the paint, just a dent. Now, it sounds like Alder, was represented as alder, I have no doubt it is Alder looking at the wood in the neck pocket... But, it dented like basswood, so to speak.

Oh, also, it took me quite some time to dress the neck pocket when I built it. The ridge of paint there was not pretty. The tone of this instrument is excellent, 57/62s and a Fender USA vintage Strat Trem.
I think the trem is what did it, dent or not, it stays as is.
