Cool photo 1950s Tele

Found on eBay with this description.

"Photograph of Bob Diederichs of The Cherry Creek Ramblers Circa 1955 playing an original 1952 black guard Fender Telecaster. The Cherry Creek Ramblers were a Country & Western Band from Denver, Colorado that were popular in the 50's and 60's."

Man, what taste in cars, amps, tape machines and guitars this guy had!

Hope he hung onto everything in that picture.

VERY cool picture! Me likey.

What sort of amp is that? I'm not too smart when it comes to old amps... aside Fenders, and that's due to the info on the web.

Good eye there Dusty - it sure looks like a 1954 Mag Maestro 150 with a 15" speaker.

Looks like we've (Dusty Tolex) identified the amp. The mic looks like an Electro Voice. I've still got my first ever mic after all these years - an EV635.

Now that Tele may be a mystery. Kind of hard to see but looking at the headstock decal that doesn't look like an "F" to me. Almost like an S. Too bad the pic doesn't have better resolution.

Here's a pic of what is supposed to be Roy Buchanan's 1953 headstock.
