Thinline project
Hi, I´m new to this great forum, and have read all day in the many interesting posts here.
I am considering buying a Thinline 69 RI body for my original fender 78´ maple neck. I will also mount my old 78 pickups as soon as they get cleaned and waxed. Now I need some advice: will my neck from my solidbody 78´tele fit in the thinline body? What will you suggest as body : Fender RI from ebay, Warmoth, etc ?? The original body now has a 73 neck and since I have all the Tele sound I need, I hope that the Thinline idea will give me something different but still in the Tele-area of guitar-land! Thanks a lot Regards |
